Cannot login

User Dimco cannot login to forum.He used Ie,google chrome,and opera,and got this error http://i50.tinypic.com/10ws1ld.jpg .He tried deleting coockies too,but with no luck.He restarted router too.

try to login with www.hidemyass.com or www.proxy.org

It gives 403 error in hideass,and in the second it gives forbidden error.

Maxtor banned hol, if dimco is using hol then its normal to not be able to login
