I really need help , and wipe is not a solution. Please if anyone can help i would be greatfull

 

subclass skills learn is working fine, may be you are not using clean sources, or you are trying to learn more skills levels that you are not allowed to learn, remember now it have hack checks, so you can learn a maximum of 12 skills (only if you have your 3 subclasses complete and at level 80).
