Online box in interlude J server or OFF

Hello , i want to add a little box  [  online : xxxx  ]  under the radar in  my l2j interlude server  ......  or  if possible on c4off  / interlude off

as the l2jDev Interpid told me that [[[thats a client mod ]]]  so i hope im posting in the right section

 

If u know , please tell me how to make it ........
