[Tutorial] how to defend only "You server it's out of date" [Win+Linux]

I present a small tutorial that you can patch your server, and get rid of 'error': out of date. So we begin:

Put HLDS or where you should and that is solving, and let ax + remove masters of server.cfg + left + dproto 0.3.7 as is put in shortcuts:

For Windows:

-game cstrike -nomaster +sv_lan 0 +maxplayers 18 +map fy_snow +ip 0.00.00.00 +port 27015

For Linux:

-console -game cstrike -pingboost 3 +sys_ticrate 10000 +maxplayers 18 +map fy_snow -autoupdate

Precise:

 

The steam is the favorite but is not the Internet server.

The server is non steam and favorites and internet.
