I think its offline. I visited their other site www.l2-legend.ucoz.net and when i clicked Vote on HopZone it said I cant vote for an offline server... So i think its offline.

 

When its going to be on? Why you posted server which is closed in first 5 minutes of opening Oo?

I want to learn L2OFF server development in C++, understand the original C4 architecture, and eventually build my own project in the future.
