Hey Guys How Can I Change main bases on a faction server

for example.:

i want main base for angels to be elven vilage and for demons d elf vilage... anyone plz?

No i dont think.. you can change it only from properties.. :/

So There Is No Way To Change Main Bases :S oh come on how did they fixed those bases then it always is an issue..

 

+ i played a srv there was 2 races evils and angels...main base for angels was human starting town...there was  guards so if any enemy race get close he killed him...and many more :/
