I think delevelling is a bad idea... U only lose very hard work...

i had like 5 dorfs  spent 1 whole day deleveling 15-20 levels like twice..

 

mostly to lvl 43 for branded SOP/CBP/AA  or to 55/58 in Loa/Gc/Fp
