Rebirth system

How i can make rebirth system(only 3 time i can do this quest) i go to npc,he give me item and delevel me to 1 and with this item i take rebirth(skill)?

Or anyone have rebirth system like this or any other?

 

For example:

After you receive 78 lvl run up to "Rebirth Manager" And ask about the Renaissance.

Rebirth Manager does you 1 of lvl, further gives to you 2 items (Rebirth List and Rebirth Book). Rebirth Book - we Hand over this book to NPC which enchanted you skills, and we receive Passive skill (for choice).
