Olympiad Time

I would like to know how to make the whole olympiad competition time to only 2 weeks, instead of 1 month.  I know there is a way, because I have seen it.

Go to the Gameserver/Config and then is a txt with olimpiada modify it !!!!

Btw there is an Command wich you can use its //manual_hero and the time you press it it Chooses the New hero i mean as the rankings are ^^
