As i know it 100 mbps but i dont thing that it will 100% mbps :P it will 50-70%

on hetzner u will have the same, or more.

i dont think so extreme i think its less on hetzner  as i saw from maxtor's dedicated(dont ask how i saw the internet connection)..maybe im wrong

DON'T use speedtest.net to measure the connection speed, it's flash-based so the results will be utterly wrong, find yourself some java-based site to measure the speed, like: http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest?more=1
