He'll tell he needs one hellfire oil and 5 lunaragents (Supplier of Reagants quest in IT).

nobles quest is in 1 hour done if u know where to go and have already 5 lunars and 1 hellfire oil (farming for 5 lunars takes like 4-5 hours for hellfire oil like 2 hours)
