[help][request] all skils fix

pls can someone give me all the il skils fixed , balanced , the buff time i will change my self but the other skils i need to be balanced .... no hight bluff chance all ... dunno why all my skils are so unbalanced :( ... all the curses stuck :( ... pls help :'(
