Win 7 and L2

Never tried it, windows 7 takes less ram, so if u got shiit ram it  shud inrease l2 speed comparing to vista/linux/xp. I dont have win7 so i would not know, im only an xp guy...

well i've got 8 gb ram so i dont have problem

well windows 7 are faster and better in my opinion

atm i have windows 7 to test them they are the ultimate edition..they are good and fast.there is no problem at l2.....not better than linux but microsoft is trying to reach linux

Well im using win 7 RC for around 3 months, now and i can tell you it's, way better then xp (i've never tried vista). L2 runs fine, but on interlude client i have some problems. Sometimes the cursor disappear :D, and i have to restart game.
