[L2open] Need help by how to fix the skills enchant!

Hello guys...

hope you can help me....

 

some people enchant skills and get by 1 book +30 !

 

 

or they enchant Earth on a skill for example

 

Deadly blow +earth and then it goes +15 !"!

 

i checked all files but i couldnt find anything !

it must be some java modification that is increasing the skill enchant to its max enchant...

try to see at navicat in enchant_skill_trees, maybe the problem is there, look at the "min_skill" level column

You find enchant configuration in config files, like this

Well Guys I Have Same Prob :/  till 9 skill has rate 83% and at 10 it has again 93% wtf? anyone knows how to fix it plz :/
