[REQUEST] Item Skills Problem!!!!

Well Hello MaxCheaters!

 

I Have A problem with my server

i mean all item skills  work perfect but power its low  in npc buffer the buff EMPOWER LvL 3 have more power of Item_Skill: Empower LvL 10 So Players when haver augment in weapon the empower active skill tell me that its failed skill  because in npc buffer have more M.Atack!

So plz tell me how to fix it..

 

i go in the path: gameserver/data/stat/skills i find the ID of item_skill empower skill but i dont know  how to make  it better from the empower skill! plz tell me.....
