it is nearly impossible to do that as simple player :P your chances are almost zero

in this post we concluded that these +30 skills are made by GMs with admin rights and cant possibly be done by normal means by players

it was only possible by using hlapex time ago, now its fixed on 99,999999999999% of the servers, in other words, sry dude buts is impossible to enchant ur skills for +30

in that server there are 2 ally's

 

we were telling in the other topic that all the gms were from 1 ally!!

 

and we told that maybe a gm enchants the skills for friends or.... :/

 

BTW i have never played in that server but i think all the players have +30 skills ??? :P
