ok .. I'm with a doubt, how do I get when I download new updates from SVN for example l2jserver ... I do not need to replace the config of my server for example, I edited the. sieges.propriets  ... If they update some line and I do not lose my changes?

Check if there is something new in it, than write it again, or copy and paste what you have done :)

dont use the upgrade part of the installer sometimes its work unproperly also if you modify it in your pc without using your own svn theres a better and faster way add your own patch than if you want to sync it to the latest version use the update fucktion of eclipse and than correct the conflicts
