Hey Guys I Need Help Cause People Outside Cant Log In My Server...When They Type Their Pass It Says That They Are Already Loged IN  ???

Two Days Ago A Friend Of Mine Loged  IN Normaly After I Changed My no-ip,serverpack and system folder and now i have this problem....any ideas what can i do ? plz :(
