How can i get templates? (Weird question :P Idk how to explane)

 

Well look @ this site http://www.l2wanted.tk/

So i want same template (same look of it) but that i can edit lets say remove donate and write "Clans" or something :P

 

I mean is there any free web where can i edit those (Create and edit... By the Way webs/templates for L2) I have a domain but i need to place site on domain and i want the site to have same look like http://www.l2wanted.tk/ :P
