Kamael/Hellbound or Gracia server patch

pls help me...i want a server patch with auto spawn Merchant of Mammon and Blacksmith of Mammon at every 30min or more( with Announcemets...Example : "The Merchant of Mammon has been spawned in Branded Catacomb") ...Boat Manager to work( and his announcements[Global] to be saw by all players from all map,like on Lineage 2 Dex )...with some event and Christmas Event.. and Zariche and Akamanah to drop auto in different regions .. Pls pls pls help me!! i wait one link.....  :) :) :)
