[request]Speed in game

Hi everyone!

I just downloaded the latest L2Joff server package for gracia final, (almost) everything is working smoothly except one thing:

Speed is sensibly low, e.g. My speed in game is 184, but i feel like i would have 150 spd :)

I know I can type something like

RunSpdBoost=X

 

but I would rather ask you if there is any possbility to increase that spd without having stats increased, maybe kind of RunSpdMultiplier?

if im correct in off packs the gmhaste give only speed it has 5 lvl on max 250 speed
