quick note - im a player and not the owners of these servers - however from what i have seen the guys running the servers are some of the best ive seen at fixing bugs and coding  that i have seen in a long time.

 

edit # i have removed the l2j - as i believe they are doing their own coding a combination between l2j and official.

Phoenix 20x Server

 

Here are the Server settings.

These configurations are intended to make the gameplay stable and equal to every player.

 

Please don't ask to change these attributes.

 

Server Rates:

 

- 20x >> XP, SP

- 15x >> Adena, Drop, Spoil

- 10x >> Raid Drop (except Boss Jewels), Fishing, Quest Drop and Reward

 

MP regeneration bonus +50%

Clan Hall Buff Duration: 40 minutes

Dances and Songs last for 10 minutes

 

Custom Shop at Giran sells:

 

Soul/Spirit shots till grade B

Crystals till grade B

DualCraft Stamp

Elixir of Mental Strength (all grades) wiht 10 minutes of reuse time

 

Common Exchanger at Giran for A grade Common Items

Delevel NPC for Pg and Pets in Giran

Wedding Manager in Giran

 

Permanent Events:

 

Medal Collector (rewards: Potions, Blessed Scrolls)

Trick or Transmutation (retail like event with Alchemist Chest prizes)

Master of Enchanting (only drop from Mobs)

Hearts Collecting (for minigame and Formal Wear)

 

All other parameters are retail like.

 

MultiBoxing allowed - however this may be subject to change.

pfff the server had 100+++ PPL now have 1-2....Ask the gm why...!!!none of the gm cares..it was only 1 gm, who log in >Some< times and he doesn't even know english!!

the reasons are that the server had 3 clans on its launch that left soon after

due to it being a "inbetween" server for them

 

the server is only 1 month old ish

 

the Gms are not on a lot at the moment as they are all busy doing the coding for the epilogue.

 

they were on a reasnoble ammount before - however they simply blank QQers .

 

All i am saying is this is the best maintained server for its rates around.

but without commitment from you the players this server is struggling.

Its not that a reason man...i rong think so that one month gms work about the server to make it epilogue, before 1 month NCsoft it didn't announce nothing about epilogue, 2nd i'm sure that you know who were been the 3 clans and why they left...i had lot of pm and lot of complaints in clan chat about the gms,You should've done a "Gm interview" do add some good gms on server...

1 gm who dont speak english its not enough..
