I tried opening lineageskilleffects.u but i get a message telling me that the proggram cant open it (im using l2fileedit for gracia epilogue v0.9).

I decrypted lineageeffect.u with l2encdec, opened it with notepad++, took all the possible values from it, and with some handy Microsoft Excel/OpenOffice Calc work I put all the effects on weapons and made a custom weapongrp of it, so I can see which effects do what. I have no idea what skills they are part of, though I have seen the implosion skill at the summoning of the bats agathion things
