Who Can Give me Command For Low Latency ?

There's no command for low latency. maybe u have low internet connection or the CS server is located very far away from your country.

 

How much latency u got?

 

PS: Close all the programs that requires internet like l2/Firefox/etc.

Actually i don't think is any command,but you can try id rate 25000,anyway like extremedwarf say close torent,odc,msn and other that kinds of programs,and the network conection can be a problem of your latency,btw how much RAM,etc you have?

 

Ps:I'm not sure with rate 25000,but anyway you can try,you dont lost nothing  ;)
