how to have School Computers To play in the sites you cant

In most school computers there should be a search thing on it..Do the following

 

1.Type in CMD in the search bar

2.-a Youtube.com[or the site you want to work][or he is blocked]

 

This is connecting into someone elses proxy and should bring up a internet page of youtube.com[or the site you want] and this person profile.
