[HELP] How I can edit/open a programm and see its language?

As my title says..I want some help about opening/editing a programm...First of all, tell me if I can and after this, tell me how I can  ;) thanks.. ::)

You can't see its source code.

 

But I think there is a VB disassembler(Just for simple VB progs).

 

 

 

 

Other way of viewing the code is by debugging it(asm).
