i have a problem

everytime i try to open and decrypt "Weapongrd.dat"

it sais:

 

"Cannot open file: C:\Users|ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\temp\weapongrp.txt.

The system can't find the declared file"

 

what should i do?

it's the original system folder...

but i can't find a way to open it

plz help  :-[
