Yeah. Black surfaces absorb most of the light that comes into it. That lack of reflecting makes us "see black". In fact what we see is the lack of light.

lol well "nothing" is black actually or absolute darkness if u like.. so they "see" black.. but they cant possibly tell us about it anyway... :/ hmm i think being blind is like being for example in a room with 100% no light. u just cant see .. well lol anyway
