[Help] Hosting to Dedicated.

Well hello again guys...As i host for first time in dedicated server i would like to ask something ;) .

 

First of all ,how much space gb i need to host ?

I think more than 2 gb no need right ???? Only server files i will transfer...Am i wrong ????

linux is not hard at all...

 

get a putty(L)

login with root account

then you can start to use some basic commands here you can find a really detailed list

As suggested earlier, setup a test box home, then play around with Linux.

 

Linux ain't easy to setup or manage, it takes patience, and never the less, you need to know what the hell you are doing.

 

Setting up a L2j server in Linux is done in less than 5 minutes, securing, managing, takes a lifetime.
