ontopic: Extreme are you recording counter strike with a screen recorder? If yes when you import the video into Photoshop how you resize it? With scale?

I am just now downloading Aion. After my computer's format maybe some drivers missed i am not sure! And i think that my graphic card have low quality can you tell me when i can make higher quality?
