WPE Packet Editing

I just recently download WPE, and I was fiddling around with the packets that I got and sent towards the server. I realize you can't dupe or anything like that, but I think it's possible to learn skills not of your class. Like a necromancer with prophet buffs or something. So far... I haven't figured out jack, all that i got is that the beginning of the packet to learn a skill is '0B 00'. If anyone could help me, it would be much appreciated. Btw, I'm playing on an l2j server.
