I don't want to be rude too but do you remember the whole story and what happened once CriticalError promoted to L2OFF Developer?Maxtor explained that L2OFF Devs are the ones who are modding the weapons/armors/misc items of the game!

Not only a synonim of L2J Dev but in different type of clients!

That's why CE is not any longer l2off mod, if you are a client modder, you are not l2off developer, simple.
