i have oneo pack i did this server online abd i am trying to open for server files  and i get an eror add me in msn fireeater_10@hotmail.com

If your IP changes after restarting your connection or your PC, you should use DNS..

now i look i i reinstall the oneo pack and try to do it offline server i do again database i batch the files and again the same thing wtf is hapening help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem.. your server is on local for you so edil l2.ini to localhost not the id of the server and it will work
