Eating and Drinking?

Does anyone have or know how to make an item that you can eat something and drink something with skills, like a drink that gets you drunk and shows your screen goes blury or you walk weard. if someone can give me a hit or tell me of a skill something like this it would be great.... thx :)

i think its possible but u need work in java for the item...

but for the skills/effects you want u can edit the item like a potion

 

for the java i think the command need count how many times u used that item

like wondreous cubic that u can use only 1 time by day

u can do that for this item and add a "debuff" effect if he used more than 3 times

You can do that in WoW. Drink one and you get alien vision after sometime :P. Drink alot and your screen gets so blurred you can't see a thing.
