Well i want you to tell me what you think is the proper machine to buy so as to have a well hosted server and what the windows i must use and

for about 100 ppl + and what else from machines etc do i need!!

Already discussed.. But anyways you should read this section's rules too here.

For 100-150 ppl .. Well 100mbps connection ,3-4gb ram ddr2 and a amd dual core 5200+ 2,66ghz should handle it easly.

If you use linux you can get 500+ with 2 gb ram and dualcore processor ,so i recommend it :]
