No... Bandwidth limit just pwns hard, with 90$ you can get a PC with that specs (Actually, Intel D proc with 2gb ram and 80 gb 7k rpm disk, 100mbps line) but the bandwidth won't be enough for 5-10 days with (less than)~100 players...

 

A good server PC with the above specs and for a cool server (not a lol company nor low bandwidth) starts from 120$+++
