[Bug]Item skill stuck bug

This bug works in L2 cupra server....The title says what kind of bug it is :P

 

Lets start..

 

First we need weapons with active or passive augment on them...

 

then we need a bow...

 

We equip the item with skill and then equip the bow...we see that the item skill is stucked...

 

then we equip another weapon with skill and then equip the bow again..

 

we do this until we have stucked all the item skills we have in our inventory ^^

 

and we have this-->

It is shared lots of times..btw i have an offtopic question. What is this item on the 3rd bar the number 3? this red thingie before the pick up.
