MySQL Error

I'm trying to add a custom teleport but I'm having issues with SQL. Here's the error it's giving:

I don't see what's wrong with it. Any ideas?

well it tells you all the ideas youre gonna get.. error in your syntax, now maybe its becouse the number of values and table columns isnt same.. alltho that probably isnt the reason so.. check the syntax.
