NPC Position in Jail

Hello,

 

I was wondering, is it possible to get a npc automaticly summoned (booted with L2NPC) In the GM room, can't get this working... also Dwarven Village isn't possible to do so

I tried this in NPCPOS:

 

territory_begin [gm_change_zone] {{-114702;-249484;-3004;-2684};{0;-249484;-3004;-2684};{0;0;-3004;-2684};{-114702;0;-3004;-2684}} territory_end

npcmaker_begin [gm_change_zone] initial_spawn = all maximum_npc=1
