It works little different  here...

When i was dowloading anything i couldnt browse pages because it was so slooow and now it is no difference if i am downloading or not when surfing :)

hmmm ... slowing down the surfing ?? Now i am afraid to restart my computer ;D I think the changes depends on your type of connection ... PPPoE , VPN (not used anymore but there are still some ISP with VPN ) etc ... but the PPPoE is the most used and defensed connection... well at least i am on PPPoE and my connection is really fast and secured.

Just turn of QoS packet sheduler, it does same thing but is easier.
