Item which adds skill

Hello, I'm making a custom skill item. How does it work? You right click on it and it gives you a custom skill. But I have a 1 problem. Everytime I learn a skill and do server or client restart the skill dissapears from my character's skill list. How can I make it stay in my skill list?

why use item skill.

 

if using Item to give skill go to source l2jserver and make it. It's difficult

I have wrote the code, but as I said - the skill dissapears after a restart.

 

And btw, how can i make NPC to learn skill with item?
