Finally After Following Blanes Guide for rocketdock i organise my desktop like this

but this white work line its too damn ugly for the whole thing.. so i need a theme a black or a gray one.. and i want it to be installable please if someone have one reply this topic

Right click in the desktop, properties, go to Appearence tab and select Windows XP.
