It is the activation key for your Windows. It is not allowed to share those things in forum cause they called warez. Anyway, all you have to do is to activate your Windows using your own activation key. If your windows are not genius (official), then you have to find a crack for them. Please tell us if you're using official windows or just a pirate version?

the friend who gave me that windows told me that one friend of him copied a original version Windows SP2.
