[request]gracia FINAL PvP server

Hi community!

 

I' m looking for a good gracia final pvp server:

 

1) rates: OVER 1000x

2) max enchant: between 15 and 20

3) enchant rate: very high (85% for example)

4) top items simple to have (i don't want to farm a week for a vesper wep)

5) not overpowered donators

6) GRACIA FINAL ONLY

 

I know it' s hard, but i'm looking for a balanced server.

i will try...but +30 max enchant is too much...i think it can make the server unbalanced

The Server is Down either for a few hours or a few days to make updates and test new packs
