Sub Class

First i want say hello. My english is not very good but i think u will understand me. I pass to thread. I make L2J server and my problem is with sub class becouse is very slow change your sub class and you can stuck sub "bugg" many chars in one, however i search help from u for how i can make when he try to take or change sub this to become fast and he have to no change stuck subs. I think this is from Java i was search guides for how to work with java but i dont understand enything..if have an easier way pls tell me thank advance.
