You can use any l2 phx version, but you have to run the phx.exe as Administrator.

yeah as dark said you can use every phx with vista

 

the only thing you have to do is to press right click and Open as Administator and you are ok!

In what client do you try to run it? Also, you should right click on phx.exe and then '' Run As Administrator''.

u dont need run it as admin i have phx 3.1.8 enghlish evrsion and all works fine
