penalty bug !!!!

i have l2j free final

 

i cannot remove penalty with scroll ?

 

plz need help fast  :o

maybe u use different grade scrolls... check that... u should use the same grade scrolls with your grade equipment... also u might have 3 or 4 lvl penalty so u have to use multiple scrolls...
