With this guide you can create a hidden user from the welcome screen as well as from the control panel.

 

1)Go to start > run > type "regedit"

2)Navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

3)Right click, create a new DWORD entry and rename it to whatever you want

4)Assign the value to 0 and press ok

5)Reboot

 

Done!

If you want to get into the user press ctrl-alt-del TWICE at the welcome screen.
