Server Terminated in many Datapacks

i got error in file startgameserver.bad and loginserver.bat

in many packs i got that error what should i need to do to fix it?

 

and why i cant do anything in gm commands i put accese to my account lvl 100 and its not do commands.

u have to put 250/255 or 1 for access level(this depend on pack..)
