I go at One Server [with my sister's account]

and i find a way for a fast enchant and 5% rate up..

[the account was my little sister "xristiana" .. (she dont knows good l2 but she learns )

how did you know what its exactly 5% more enchant rate? did it just feel like it was a better enchant rate? or did you test it?

i test in one server that has 60 % rate .. i put the phx .. i do this and with first i do +15 db... i think the rate was 5-10% upper.
